Oh ye of little faith

"If then God so clothe the grass, which is today in the field and, tomorrow is cast into the oven; how much more will He clothe you, Oh ye of little faith?" Luke 12:28

We have to pay CIS $670 this week to process Waid's immigration. They get another $340 to process the adendum, stating that we have added another family member since our initial approval. The agency writing the adenedum is charging us $500. Found out these fees yesterday, knowing full well, that if we could not pay them, it would delay getting Waid home.
Frankly, I wasn't worried about if ;), but David was.
He recently received some life insurance policies that his mother had bought many years ago. We had already discussed cashing them in, because he has a huge amount of insurance through his employer, plus another ample policy that we pay for. David had the papers on the table for a week or so, and just had not gotten around to checking on it.
I have to get all the immigration papers in the mail today, and asked David how to pay for it. He got quiet, knowing the money isn't in the bank. A few minutes later, I found him on the phone with above mentioned insurance co., cashing in those policies. I asked him how much he was getting....$1536.78....then I asked him to add up the above figures......$1510!!!!!
A slow smirk came over his face, he knew he was fixin to get a lecture. Oh ye of little faith, WHEN are you going to get there?? I told him (like I am perfect-haha) that I was "there", but NOW we would HAVE to adopt AGAIN, since he was not "there" yet.
Thank you Jesus for providing our daily bread....we just wish You would see fit to provide it a few days in advance as we approach the remaining 12-13K needed to go get Waid in about 8 weeks.
Boy, doesn't God have a sense of humor!!
